Ai is a Conversational AI company in the telecommunications segment, specializing in delivering high-performance outbound sales campaigns. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry events.
  2. Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in target industries and markets.
  3. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, including needs assessment, proposal development, and negotiation.
  4. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  5. Campaign Development: Collaborate with the operations team to develop and execute effective outbound sales campaigns tailored to client needs.
  6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, track key metrics, and provide regular sales reports to management.
  7. Team Management: Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in the BPO or related industry.
