Job description

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Determine optimal logistics operating solutions for customer

  • To support implementation of projects handover, and on occasion, take the lead to develop and cross-functional implementation of value-added supply chain solutions

  • Be responsible for sales lead, tenders and RFQ

  • Maintain regular contact and develop new business with existing customers

  • Lead the operation team in handling customers’ enquiries

  • Consistently monitor our service standards and work with our operations team to drive suppliers and operation teams across all areas of responsibility ie lead times, complaints, escalation

  • Work together with relevant stakeholders

  • Perform any ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven experience or track records of past secured accounts and positive sales performance

  • Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc

  • Strong in analytical skills

  • Customer oriented
