Responsibilities:
Determine optimal logistics operating solutions for customer
To support implementation of projects handover, and on occasion, take the lead to develop and cross-functional implementation of value-added supply chain solutions
Be responsible for sales lead, tenders and RFQ
Maintain regular contact and develop new business with existing customers
Lead the operation team in handling customers’ enquiries
Consistently monitor our service standards and work with our operations team to drive suppliers and operation teams across all areas of responsibility ie lead times, complaints, escalation
Work together with relevant stakeholders
Perform any ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience or track records of past secured accounts and positive sales performance
Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
Strong in analytical skills
Customer oriented
