Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage client relationships, focusing on loans including Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, and Land & Construction, as well as Hire Purchase agreements.
  • Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with risk policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as credit analysts, legal advisors, and product specialists to structure complex loan transactions.
  • Monitor loan portfolio performance, conduct regular reviews, and manage credit risk effectively.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial advice and support to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting loan products.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on loans.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong network in Singapore's financial market.
