Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets in the Industrial, Medical, and Automotive sectors across Asia or Europe.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Build market intelligence by analyzing trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals and increase market share.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring long-term business success.
- Drive cross-regional sales efforts, aligning strategies with Flexxon’s global expansion roadmap.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Provide technical consultation to customers on memory solutions, industrial electronics, and embedded applications.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Contract Negotiation & Profit Maximization:
- Lead contract negotiations with customers and distributors to secure profitable deals.
- Optimize pricing structures and service agreements to balance competitiveness and profitability.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industrial electronics advancements, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in IMA sectors.
- Work with product teams to develop tailored solutions based on customer and market feedback.
Key Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Industry Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the electronics, semiconductor, or industrial solutions sector.
- Strong knowledge of memory storage solutions, embedded systems, and industrial-grade electronic components.
Business Development & Sales Skills:
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth in IMA industries.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with key decision-makers in the Industrial, Medical, and Automotive sectors.
- Track record of expanding market reach across multiple regions.
Technical & Product Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of industrial electronics, memory storage solutions, and embedded applications.
- Ability to translate technical product features into compelling business value propositions.
Negotiation & Communication Skills:
- Strong contract negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage customers and stakeholders.
