Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion:

  1. Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets in the Industrial, Medical, and Automotive sectors across Asia or Europe.
  2. Proactively seek new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  3. Build market intelligence by analyzing trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

  1. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals and increase market share.
  2. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring long-term business success.
  3. Drive cross-regional sales efforts, aligning strategies with Flexxon’s global expansion roadmap.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  2. Provide technical consultation to customers on memory solutions, industrial electronics, and embedded applications.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Contract Negotiation & Profit Maximization:

  1. Lead contract negotiations with customers and distributors to secure profitable deals.
  2. Optimize pricing structures and service agreements to balance competitiveness and profitability.

Market & Product Knowledge:

  1. Stay updated on industrial electronics advancements, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in IMA sectors.
  2. Work with product teams to develop tailored solutions based on customer and market feedback.

Key Requirements:

Educational Background:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Industry Experience & Expertise:

  1. Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the electronics, semiconductor, or industrial solutions sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of memory storage solutions, embedded systems, and industrial-grade electronic components.

Business Development & Sales Skills:

  1. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth in IMA industries.
  2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with key decision-makers in the Industrial, Medical, and Automotive sectors.
  3. Track record of expanding market reach across multiple regions.

Technical & Product Knowledge:

  1. Deep understanding of industrial electronics, memory storage solutions, and embedded applications.
  2. Ability to translate technical product features into compelling business value propositions.

Negotiation & Communication Skills:

  1. Strong contract negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals.
  2. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage customers and stakeholders.
