Job summary
A leading company in the fluid control solutions industry is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business development and account management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of successful sales experience, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to deliver on aggressive sales targets. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with global accounts and be integral to the company's growth in Southeast Asia.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a sales position with a successful track record.
- Experience in selling gas/fluid control solutions or adjacent fields.
- Strong understanding of Fluid control applications in relevant industries.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with the Fluid Control strategic focus areas. Ownership of the opportunity pipeline and new business target achievement for Fluid Control in SEA.
- Demonstrate effective key account management and development using strategic account development plan. Establish a deep understanding of the customers business including:
- Clear and accurate visibility on customer demand forecast
- Clear and accurate visibility on customer stock level
- Clear understanding of customer problems/concerns and strategic priorities that may impact our business
- Clear understanding of future opportunities to expand our business
- For global key accounts, work closely with global key account manager to ensure relevant information is shared with them (e.g. Demand forecast, Stock level, Opportunity pipeline etc.); providing them full visibility on the global key account at global level.
- Practice effective account planning, preparation and reporting by ensuring concise and effective update of reports as required by management. Ensure all customer meetings and relevant data are recorded into the CRM in a timely manner.
- Accountable to deliver sales and gross profit target in line with committed target set for Fluid Control in SEA.
- Capable to demonstrate to customers the technical and commercial benefits of company products and their differentiation from the competition, focusing on value selling and solution selling rather than selling on price at component level.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales position with a successful track record in developing new strategic business and achieving or exceeding sales and gross profit targets.
- Experience in selling gas and/or fluid control solutions or experience in an adjacent field is required.
- Experience in Fluid control applications would be a distinct advantage, particularly experience in Food & Beverage, Semiconductor, Industrial Gas and Pharma business.
- Strong business development and relationship building skills.
- Proficient in English including both written and oral.
