Job Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound emails, and networking.
  • Research and understand prospective clients’ needs to position tailored solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to drive revenue growth.

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to engage potential clients and introduce our offerings.
  • Book and lead meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Consistently follow up to advance leads through the sales funnel.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Meet or exceed individual KPIs and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities within new and existing accounts.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new market opportunities.
  • Share market insights to help refine offerings and strategies.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Generate regular performance and pipeline reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in outbound sales, business development, and managing sales pipeline.
  • Proven ability to conduct cold calls, generate leads, and close deals
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions, emerging technologies, and Generative AI is a strong plus.
  • Proven enterprise sales track record
