JOB TITLE : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

SALARY RANGING : S$4,000 to S$6,000 (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify corporate and individual clients in China looking to expand to Southeast Asia (mainly Singapore and Thailand).
  • Provide comprehensive services including overseas company structuring, tax planning, business setup, legal consultation, etc.
  • Offer professional offshore asset allocation and management solutions for high-net-worth clients.
  • Analyze market trends, capture business opportunities, and implement sales strategies.
  • Participate in internal training to continuously improve professional knowledge and sales skills.
  • Communicate regularly with teams in Singapore and Thailand to ensure smooth information flow and effective collaboration.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs, and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university; majors in marketing, international trade, finance, or law are preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong sales skills and interpersonal charm; able to build good client relationships.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
  • Strong market insight and analytical abilities; able to seize market opportunities quickly.
  • Highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Customer-service oriented, capable of providing tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with local government and business networks is an advantage.
