Position Details

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Singapore & Southeast Asia)
Reporting To: Managing Director
Location: Singapore
Department: International Business Development

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and expand market presence in port, mining, and industrial sectors across Southeast Asia.

2. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, and drive project execution.

3. Coordinate with Chinese manufacturers on pricing, technical specifications, and delivery schedules.

4. Conduct market research and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

5. Assist in the setup and expansion of the Singapore office and future team.

Candidate Requirements

1. 2–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B industrial sectors.

2. Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication and negotiation skills.

3. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

4. Familiarity with Southeast Asia’s industrial market and client ecosystem is a plus.

5. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Trade, Business or a related field preferred.
