A photography studio in Singapore is looking for a professional to manage client relationships, conduct market research, and drive the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM systems, exceptional communication skills, and be able to create impactful business proposals. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with key decision-makers and foster long-term partnerships.
Learn on how to build relationship with existing and potential clients. Update and usage of the CRM system. Also, initiate, build, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations. Act as the key liaison between the client and production team, ensuring post-project client follow-up for feedback, reviews, and repeat business.
Understand the importance of market research of the photography industry, competitor profile, and pricing. Able to offer alternative or creative ideas to management. Able to identify potential new revenue streams and areas for studio specialization. Also, identify competitive advantages, differentiation opportunities, and potential threats to inform business development tactics.
Learn about building referrals from clients, working with other companies such as events, marketing, and branding companies. Learn how to articulate the value proposition for potential partners, demonstrating how collaboration can benefit their business. Able to manage partnership contracts, facilitate collaborative projects, co-marketing efforts, and referral exchanges.
Able to drive the sales cycle from initial contact to successful contract closure. Also learn how to create compelling business proposals, quotations, and presentations that clearly articulate the studio's value proposition, creative approach, deliverables, and pricing. Able to understand negotiations for service contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and adhere to the studio's profitability goals. Ensuring clear documentation of client requirements and agreements.
