We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Business Development Manager.

The Sales function is responsible for providing the lead on customer service, sales delivery, growth and development, and marketing Incora to the aerospace and Defence markets.

The Business Development Manager will identify, pursue, and secure new business from new and existing customers by actively pursuing leads, developing relationships, and efficiently managing inquiries in line with the business strategy and growth expectations in South-East Asia.

The Business Development Manager needs to be skilled at providing profitable revenue growth and high-quality value-added sales, whilst maintaining and developing relationships and customer expectations.

The individual needs to be proactive in seeking, identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities that best fit with Incora’s current and forward strategy.

The individual will be responsible for maintaining and developing an agreed set of measurement criteria, which will be reported to the department head monthly.

You will need to proactively plan and execute customer visits to increase sales and ensure existing business satisfaction levels and development are maximized.

Requirements:
  1. Experience in a similar role, in Aerospace business
  2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  3. Driven, proactive, and can-do attitude
  4. Strong communication skills along with relationship-building and stakeholder management
  5. Ability to work well both within a team and independently to produce positive results
  6. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  7. Business acumen and commercial awareness skills
