Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Part of a global team that executes both short- and long-term plans and programs to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of the Company.
  • Understand the competitive dynamics of Singapore display industry including Monitor Set Business Model and prepare company strategic planning for Sales and Marketing in Singapore.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing trend.
  • Grow existing key customer accounts.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and maintain/manage accounts.
  • Contract Negotiation (MDSA, SOW, etc.).
  • Prepare marketing and sales activity reports and others as required.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations.

Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years in key account management within electronics industry (display industry experience preferred);
  • Proven SBU-level strategic project participation (highly valued)

  • Chemistry, Mathematics, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Materials Science, Management Science & Engineering, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Economics & Trade, Economics, Finance, Physics, Statistics

Core Competencies:

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with exceptional stakeholder coordination skills
  • Structured problem-solving methodology
  • Resilience in high-pressure environments

Language Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
