Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Take full responsibility for the responsible product range, including relevant experience in leading the new product launch.
2. Ensure high communication/coordination with AAM headquarters.
3. Serve as a technical expert, providing detailed product information and training to the sales team and customers.
4. Collaborate with the sales team, suppliers, and customers to develop new products and expand product range in the Regions.
5. Conduct market research, including environment changes, competitors analysis, market trends, and pricing, and update Management on a regular basis.
6. Implement sales/marketing strategy and ensure successful product introduction and market penetration by product, by country.
7. Accountable for business results.
