Job description

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in air, sea, and land freight services.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and key account acquisitions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

· Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service) to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

· Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

· Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

· Strong understanding of international trade, Incoterms, customs regulations, and multimodal transport.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
