We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our brand presence across regional markets, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities, B2B and B2C

- Manage key client relationships and pitch company offerings

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Assist in strategic planning and go-to-market execution

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ops) to align goals

- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field

- At least 1–3 years of business development/sales/marketing experience

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Familiar with regional F&B, retail, or startup environments is a plus

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
