Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support growth in the FA channel.
- Drive recruitment of high-potential Financial Advisors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance) to support advisor success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Build and manage partnerships to expand outreach and service offerings.
- Track and ensure the FA team meets or exceeds sales and business development targets.
- Implement performance strategies and incentive plans to drive team productivity and motivation.
Training & Coaching
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new FAs.
- Conduct regular training workshops on sales techniques, compliance, financial products, and client engagement.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to help FAs achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor progress and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure training content remains compliant.
- Work closely with team leaders and management to align training outcomes with sales objectives.
Requirements:
- A Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Prior experience as a trainer in the financial industry will be considered a strong advantage.
