A leading company in the ICT sector is seeking a Business Development professional to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and building strategic relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of ICT products and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT sector to increase revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and potential business opportunities.
Promote the company’s ICT products and services to targeted customers and industries.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business deals.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support business growth.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Strong understanding of ICT products, services, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in balancing compliance and business objectives.
