Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT sector to increase revenue and market share.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and potential business opportunities.

  • Promote the company’s ICT products and services to targeted customers and industries.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business deals.

  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support business growth.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:
