As we continue to expand, we are seeking a results-driven and strategic BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our team and drive growth across new and existing markets.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the platform’s user base and revenue.


Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the construction industry, including contractors, developers, suppliers, and service providers.


Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and positioning.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer support) to align business development strategies with company objectives.


Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.


Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets.

Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.


Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the construction or technology sector.


Strong understanding of the construction industry and digital platforms.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.


Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics platforms.
