Position Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager professional to join our growing team and fuel the success of our flagship platform, LeadManager.

As a BDM, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, as well as working in a target-driven environment

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Knowledge of the construction industry or software solutions is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
