Position Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager professional to join our growing team and fuel the success of our flagship platform, LeadManager.
As a BDM, you will:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct engaging product demonstrations
Manage the full B2B sales cycle
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proven experience in sales and business development, as well as working in a target-driven environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of the construction industry or software solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
