Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in business or other disciplines, with at least 4 years’ plus of B2B sales experience/technical support/enterprise ICT sales/project management roles.
Executive level presence and strong communication skills in English; Tamil (fluency) is much preferable and multilingual ability.
The selected candidate will lead and manage a team in business development activities (prospection, development and commercialization) in a fast-growing market pace.
Establish the business development strategy in the market based on own various inputs, intelligence and trends.
Cross-market experience and teamwork within a B2B sales environment, experience in developing a new customer group or geographical area.
Collaborate, coach, enable and support local sales teams and lead engagement with selected regional business opportunities.
Staff training and mentoring is required.
Own business mentality person is much preferred.
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace intelligence on pricing, new products, delivering schedules, techniques, etc.
Possessing own existing sales network and broking network will be a major plus.
Working experience in CRM/ERP dashboard software and executive level IT knowledge is much preferable.
Should do pipeline planning, client development and profile raising.
Assisting the Presales & Delivery teams to follow through on deliverables & address any client issues/escalations.
Work closely with our Administrators and Account Managers/Analysts to perform Proof of Values (POV’s) to acquire new business for the organization.
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
Able to work long hours and weekends.
