Job description

• Arrange and attend business development meetings with prospective clients.
• Liaise with cryptocurrency industry clients to identify business opportunities and develop the market.
• Identify and target potential high-value clients to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with external partners to build and strengthen relationships for lead generation.
• Work closely with the back-end team to develop service solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to ensure compliance with incorporation policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on cryptocurrency market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to support business strategies.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, products, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
