Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the health and wellness market to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet them.
• Promote and educate clients on the benefits of our products and services through presentations, demos, and product trials.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, utilizing strategic selling and negotiation skills to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional activities, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Track and report sales performance through CRM and provide feedback to optimize sales processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging wellness products to ensure our offerings remain competitive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the health and wellness or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently to achieve sales goals.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
• Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Familiarity with health and wellness products, such as supplements, fitness programs, or lifestyle improvement services.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
