Job summary

CHAPTR CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager – Bancassurance to drive growth through a strategic bancassurance partnership with a leading local bank in Singapore.

You will lead sales initiatives, build strong banking relationships and identify opportunities to expand customer penetration. The role requires 3–6 years in bancassurance or related fields, a degree or diploma in business, marketing or finance, and proven ability to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 3–6 years of bancassurance, insurance, banking, business development or partnerships.
• Strong track record in sales, relationship management or business development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment.
