Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth for our F&B brand in Singapore and the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding our market presence, and contributing to the long-term success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including B2B clients, franchise partners, and strategic collaborations
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the company’s market share and brand awareness
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration
• Set sales targets and business goals; track performance and report to senior management
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Product) to ensure successful project execution
• Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial terms with partners and clients
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
