About the role

As a Business Development Manager of Asia Pacific Solutions Supply Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in the region market. This full-time position will see you spearheading new business development initiatives, leveraging your exceptional language skills in French and English to engage with a diverse customer base and secure profitable new contracts.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through market research and strategic prospecting

  • Initiate and manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and close

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of new client engagements

  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in new business development, preferably in the sales industry

  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills

  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results

  • Adaptable to change and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, or a related field
