Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and acquire new clients and business opportunities
- To oversee the Product Development team’s alignment with business objectives and client requirements
- Provide expertise in data visualization, business analytics, profitability, and financial analysis
- Develop and acquire new clients and business opportunities
- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions with stakeholders
- Support management with analysis for evaluating new business opportunities
- Monitor industry changes and regulatory impacts on business operations
- Oversee product development activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives
- Review internal process engineering improvements and supplier qualification efforts
- 30% overseas travel required
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Must be proficient in Microsoft excel (Pivot table, charts, vlookup, etc)
- 5 years in business developing capacity in similar or related field
- 3 years of overseas business experience outside Asia (Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa)
- 3 years in managing a team of people
- Proven experience in budget and revenue projection
- Proven experience in costing (manufacturing) and tender submission
- Microsoft office suites
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized, independent
- Self-starter
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
