Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in executing growth strategies and expansion plans.
  • Participate in planning sales and marketing initiatives to target new clients or markets.
  • Help prepare and track business development KPIs and reports.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads via networking, cold outreach, online research, and inbound inquiries.
  • Support initial client outreach and follow-up to build interest and trust.
  • Assist in managing existing client relationships and maintaining regular communication.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups as directed by the Business Development Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Support tender submissions, RFP responses, and pricing documentation.
  • Ensure all proposals are professionally formatted and submitted on time.
  • Identify trends and provide insights on emerging opportunities or risks.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to ensure aligned messaging and support for business development activities.
  • Maintain professional networks to support long-term business opportunities.
  • Support budgeting and administrative tasks related to the business development function.
