Position Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the education sector.
  2. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with external partners.
  3. Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  4. Proficiency in an Asian language (preferably Korean, Japanese or Mandarin) is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
  6. Ability to use a variety of software, preference for candidates with experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Canva.
  7. Experience with data-driven decision making to maximise ROI in events, promotions and business partnerships.
  8. Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
  9. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects.
  10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  11. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  12. Experience in education sector is advantageous.
  13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
