We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to lead initiatives focused on increasing Total Value Locked (TVL) in our financial products among high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and enterprises.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Liquidity Growth – Onboard whales, DAOs, institutional investors, and DeFi protocols while fostering cross-chain integrations and staking partnerships.
- Strategic Partnerships – Establish alliances with Layer 1/2 networks, liquidity bridges, and DeFi platforms to sustain liquidity inflows.
- Market Influence – Represent Snap Innovations at DeFi summits, building relationships with key liquidity providers and crypto funds.
- Performance Optimization – Track and refine TVL growth strategies, yield models, and liquidity incentives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote Snap Innovations' AI and blockchain solutions across key industries, driving revenue and adoption.
- Lead high-level engagements with prospective clients, identifying business needs and proposing tailored blockchain and AI solutions that address complex challenges.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, clearly articulating the value and impact of our bespoke solutions.
- Establish and nurture partnerships within the blockchain, AI, and crypto ecosystems to accelerate market expansion and product integration.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and delivery success.
- Maintain a structured CRM pipeline, tracking all client interactions, opportunities, and performance metrics for transparent reporting and forecasting.
- Continuously analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor strategies to optimize go-to-market approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in blockchain or cryptocurrency.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, staking, and liquidity incentives.
- Strong track record of driving investment growth and meeting ambitious targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
