Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Identify client needs and develop tailored strategies to support clients in their globalization efforts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and compliance requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer relationship management, and finance, to align strategies and meet clients' requirements.
Monitor and analyze sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure achievement of targets and continuous improvement.
Engage with potential and existing clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings, to drive engagement and sales.
Participate in business trips to engage clients and explore new opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Job Requirements:
Min 5yrs of B2B sales experience, demonstrated success in the Business Development & Services industry is preferred.
Strong customer service experience in servicing high affluent clientele from China would be a plus point
Proven track record in developing high-quality proposals and delivering impactful presentations to clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Great interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with clients/colleagues
Good team player and able to work independently
