Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development & Sales

    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Singapore market.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and directclient engagement.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve and exceedrevenue targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders withintarget accounts.
    • Understand client requirements and position tailored solutions to address their IT infrastructure,networking, and cybersecurity needs.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experience andproviding post-sales support.
  3. Market Analysis & Strategic Insights

    • Conduct ongoing analysis of the Singapore IT and security market, identifying trends, opportunities,and customer demands.
    • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive solution development and exploreopportunities in Data and AI.
    • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain competitive positioning.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery andcustomer satisfaction.
    • Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials for the Singapore market.
  5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting

    • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews to the Head of Sales.
