Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding

We are a freight forwarder with a presence in Southeast Asia and connections to global networks. Currently, we are expanding our sales team, developing regular trade lanes, and broadening our coverage across the Asia Pacific region and beyond. Established in 2016, we have experienced steady growth and are now entering the next phase of expansion. We are seeking a Business Development Manager with relevant experience to join our growing company.

Job Description:

  1. Build and expand both local and overseas customer bases.
  2. Increase revenue from direct customers and our overseas network.
  3. Enhance overall margins with a focus on operational cost efficiencies.
  4. Manage and maintain healthy business relationships with customers and overseas partners.
  5. Identify new trade lanes and develop suitable logistics solutions to expand business.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations of our services at conferences and networking events.
  7. Collaborate across departments to synchronize processes and improve efficiencies.
