Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth in Manufacturing Test segment. In this dynamic and exciting role, you will:

  • Work directly with sales team, application engineers and solution partners to exceed yearly sales targets.
  • Enables sales team by identifying and developing business opportunities, providing information and support for the sales force.
  • Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentation
  • Pre-sales duties include providing pricing information, communicating schedule changes and product enhancements.
  • Post-sales duties include researching status of customers’ orders, resolving shipping, scheduling, and prioritization challenges.
  • Perform short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines.
  • Collaborate closely with field team to fight and win against competitors in the region.
  • Be the Factory interface for all deals and discount management, to maintain top line sales targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and custom application
  • Experience in factory automation and big data analytics will be useful
  • Proven good business judgment and working experience in developing new markets
  • Able to work independently and at the same time demonstrate good teamwork behavior to work across different functions and regions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and goal-oriented.
