Are you deeply embedded in India's startup ecosystem? Have you worked with VC funds, angel investors, or incubators in a lead generation or startup scouting role? We're looking for a high-energy professional who can help us grow our startup consulting practice by building a strong pipeline of early-stage and growth-stage companies.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a Business Development Lead with prior experience in generating leads for VC/angel funds or working within incubator/accelerator ecosystems. Your core responsibility will be to build relationships, source startup clients, and position our consulting offerings across fundraising, compliance, financial modeling, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source early-stage and growth-stage startups needing strategic consulting support
  • Leverage your network of VCs, angels, incubators, and ecosystem enablers to generate leads and referrals
  • Pitch tailored consulting solutions aligned with startup needs
  • Work with internal teams to deliver high-impact proposals and onboarding
  • Drive outreach campaigns, partnerships, and BD strategy
Who We're Looking For:
  • 25 years of experience in lead generation, scouting, or ecosystem partnerships within VC/angel funds, startup accelerators, or advisory firms
  • Strong existing network across the startup ecosystem
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Deep interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation
  • Bonus: Background in finance, strategy, or consulting
