Business Development - IP Licensing
Our client is a Tier-1 company in the global gaming and entertainment industry.
Job Purpose
Support and grow IP licensing partnerships for gaming titles through strategic collaborations.
Identify and build a database of potential IP licensing partners and resources.
Develop and manage client relationships for IP licensing and collaboration.
Track and report on partnership performance with data-driven insights and improvements.
Maintain and grow partner relationships to drive ongoing licensing opportunities.
Negotiate and close collaborations between game IPs and external partners.
3+ years in IP, licensing, or business development with a passion for gaming.
Strong research and analysis skills to identify and assess market trends.
Knowledge of local laws, content compliance, and partnership regulations.
Ability to track competitor activity and provide timely updates and insights.
Experience with IP products or merchandise (e.g., anime, collectibles) is a bonus.
The successful IP Licensing Business Development professional must possess strong business development skills, a passion for gaming, and the ability to build and grow strategic partnerships.
