NCS is seeking a Sales Support Intern in Singapore to assist the sales and business development teams with pre‑sales and administrative activities, gaining exposure to the end‑to‑end sales cycle.

You will prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, conduct market research, support events and demonstrations, and coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams. The role emphasizes strong communication, organisation, and PowerPoint/Excel skills.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and tender documents.
Ensure sales materials are accurate, well-formatted, and submitted on time.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Support sales initiatives by analysing and presenting research findings.
Maintain and update CRM records.
Track sales opportunities and assist with pipeline management and sales forecasting.
Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams to support proposal development and customer requests.
Assist in organising customer meetings, product demonstrations, marketing events, and exhibitions.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Support administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and maintaining sales records.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business development and customer engagement.
