What the day will look like
- Pursuing opportunities and working with leads through the sales cycle
- Conducting technical sales presentations to prospective clients
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Managing several (re)insurer client accounts across APAC and beyond
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working with Aon colleagues to drive adoption of the Impact Forecasting models
- Handling requests and communications in a timely, effective, and highly professional manner
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- University degree is desired (business or science or other relevant subject)
- 3-5 years of experience working with clients (account management, business development and/or sales)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), other languages are also welcome
- Confident when presenting and conducting meetings
- Good knowledge of MS Office and good overall computing skills
- Solid persuasion skills and sales-oriented mindset
- Strong team player with analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Availability to occasionally work outside of standard business hours when dealing with overseas clients and colleagues
- Willingness to travel in APAC and globally
