A leading company specializing in lift modernisation is seeking a sales professional to achieve objectives and provide technical solutions. The role requires expertise in vertical transportation systems and local regulations. Applicants should have a diploma or higher in Engineering, with experience in sales and lift systems.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in lift modernisation or related vertical transportation solutions.
• Strong understanding of lift systems and modernisation processes.
• Ability to propose suitable technical upgrade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives within product range or assigned districts.
• Provide technical solutions to Consultants prior to tender calling.
• Attend project meetings for secured contracts.

Skills

Sales experience in lift modernisation

Understanding of local Codes for Vertical Transportation System

Ability to evaluate existing lift conditions

Education

Diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)

Job description

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives within product range or assigned districts.

• Pursue sales leads, conclude orders, and initiate internal sales process and logistics.

• Provide technical solutions to Consultants prior to tender calling

• Understanding of local Codes for Vertical Transportation System

• Attend tender interviews

• For secured contracts, to attend project meetings as & when required

• Handle variation orders

• Money collection

• Visits to customers

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in lift modernisation or related vertical transportation solutions

• Strong understanding of lift systems, modernisation processes, and relevant local codes and regulations

• Ability to evaluate existing lift conditions and propose suitable technical upgrade solutions

• Diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related discipline
