A leading consultancy is seeking a dynamic business development executive to enhance their presence in the construction industry. The role requires a proactive individual with at least 3 years of sales experience, focused on driving business growth and building strong client relationships. Working Hours: 5-Day Work Week | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $3,000 – $4,200 (Base) + Commission & Incentives
Vehicle Required: Car or motorcycle (or willing to obtain within 2 months

Drive new business opportunities in the construction or related sectors
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions
Identify and develop new leads from the market and industry stakeholders
Regularly track and update site progress and material forecasts
Liaise with internal teams and communicate market insights to support business growth
Maintain timely follow-ups and provide support or troubleshooting when needed
Collaborate with contractors, developers, consultants, and architects
Ensure clear communication on payment terms and collection follow-ups
️ Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in construction or related industries)
️ A “hunter” mindset with strong drive for business development
️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
️ Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently
️ Hands-on exposure to construction or project-related sales is a bonus
️ Must possess or be willing to obtain a car or motorcycle within 2 months
Own Car: $600 transport allowance + $600 petrol card + $120 mobile reimbursement
️ Own Motorcycle: $250 transport allowance + $300 petrol card + $120 mobile reimbursement
️ No Vehicle (Temporary): $250 transport allowance + $120 mobile reimbursement
