With a strong presence in the refurbished electronics space, the company is committed to expanding its BuyBack network and empowering clients to adopt greener, more circular business practices.

Job Highlights
  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

  • Location: Bugis/ Central Region

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and grow new business opportunities in local and international markets

  • Develop and manage client pipelines using CRM/digital tools

  • Customize proposals for corporate clients in tech, electronics, and IT asset disposal (ITAD)

  • Build strategic partnerships to expand the company’s BuyBack network

  • Conduct market research to optimize trade-in pricing and sales strategy

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams

  • Analyze platform data and provide weekly performance reports

  • Meet partners in person for relationship management and feedback collection

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related field

  • 1-2 years’ experience in business development, sales/B2B sales, or account management preferred

  • Experience in ICT/electronics or device life cycle industry preferred

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance

  • Proficient in analyzing sales metrics and using data to drive decisions

  • Understanding of buyback programs, refurbishment, or ITAD is an advantage
