Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business in Southeast Asia across chemical, semiconductor, F&B & palm oil industries.

  • Identify and close deals with OEMs and industrial users of filtration, pumps, valves, and separation equipment.

  • Build a robust pipeline in high-potential markets (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam).

  • Conduct market analysis and support go-to-market strategy execution.

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years’ business development experience in industrial or B2B markets.

  • Experience in fluid handling/equipment (filters, pumps, separators) preferred.

  • Strong understanding of ASEAN markets, business culture & networking skills.

  • Excellent communicator with strategic mindset and results focus.

  • Fluent in English; local language skills a plus.

Career Path:

  • Fast track to Regional Sales Manager or Key Account Executive roles.
