A leading company in advanced materials seeks a Business Development Executive to drive growth in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial markets, focusing on fluid handling and filtration solutions, with opportunities for career advancement to regional management roles.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop new business in Southeast Asia across chemical, semiconductor, F&B & palm oil industries.
Identify and close deals with OEMs and industrial users of filtration, pumps, valves, and separation equipment.
Build a robust pipeline in high-potential markets (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam).
Conduct market analysis and support go-to-market strategy execution.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences.
Requirements:
2–5 years’ business development experience in industrial or B2B markets.
Experience in fluid handling/equipment (filters, pumps, separators) preferred.
Strong understanding of ASEAN markets, business culture & networking skills.
Excellent communicator with strategic mindset and results focus.
Fluent in English; local language skills a plus.
Career Path:
Fast track to Regional Sales Manager or Key Account Executive roles.
