Job description

As a market leader in the barbecued meat industry, we consistently think out of the box about how we can bring our business to greater heights. To keep on fueling this growth, we are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Senior Executive (B2B) to join our dynamic team.

You will play an important role in creating new demand and scaling our product offerings to and beyond the existing channels and industries.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively source for new business opportunities by canvassing potential customers through cold calling, networking, social media etc

  • Follow up with distribution enquires and work closely with external vendors on potential business collaboration opportunities

  • Prepare business proposals and present sales pitches (eg. on corporate gifting solutions etc)

  • Service and build long-term relationships with existing partnering vendors

  • Participate and support various retail marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business or its equivalent

  • Possess relevant working experience in business development/ channel sales/ marketing

  • Strong selling skills, as well as communication and negotiation skills (comfortable with customer-facing role)

  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism, with a customer-centric mindset

  • Resourceful, Persuasive, resilient, open-minded and willing to take on new and exciting challenges

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
