Who we are seeking / Who you are:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with C-level executives, logistics directors, and key stakeholders in the SME sector.
Experienced freight (air/ocean) sales professionals will be considered for the role of Senior Business Development Executive.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in SME logistics)
Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Track record of exceeding sales targets
Experience in customizing logistics solutions for clients
Strong business acumen and customer relationship management
Identify target customers and recommend solutions based on logistics needs
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end service
Handle price quotations and customer negotiations
Own and manage proposals, implementations, and service delivery
Conduct periodic business reviews and explore upsell opportunities
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Provide account servicing and develop new business opportunities
Leverage knowledge of customer supply chains to drive value
Diploma or equivalent in any field
Fluent in English
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided)

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
