Who we are seeking / Who you are:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with C-level executives, logistics directors, and key stakeholders in the SME sector.

Experienced freight (air/ocean) sales professionals will be considered for the role of Senior Business Development Executive.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in SME logistics)

  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Experience in customizing logistics solutions for clients

  • Strong business acumen and customer relationship management

Responsibilities:
  • Identify target customers and recommend solutions based on logistics needs

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end service

  • Handle price quotations and customer negotiations

  • Own and manage proposals, implementations, and service delivery

  • Conduct periodic business reviews and explore upsell opportunities

  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  • Provide account servicing and develop new business opportunities

  • Leverage knowledge of customer supply chains to drive value

Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in any field

  • Fluent in English

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
