  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, emails, and digital outreach.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and product presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospects and clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and update client records, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management team.

Requirements:
