The Sales Intelligence Officer is responsible for supporting sales operations through lead generation, outbound prospecting, data management, and market research.

1 .Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify new sales prospects
2 .Build and maintain a database of customer profiles and contact records
3.Gather and update project information from various sources
4.Create and manage item codes and ensure accurate entry in the system
5.Prepare and maintain accurate and timely sales reports and dashboards
6.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Education Required:
Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
Experience Required:
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in sales or cold calling
Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
Competencies and Skills Required
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers through proactive outbound calls
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is an added advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment
