About the Company

As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with various clients such as educational institutions, retailers, schools, and distributors, as well as internal teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and market expansion.

  • Manage the marketing and distribution of educational materials across retail, schools, institutions, government agencies, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Plan and oversee advertising campaigns, events, and roadshows, ensuring successful execution and evaluation.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand revenue and brand visibility.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions and excellent after-sales support.

  • Conduct market research, analyze sales performance, and provide reports to inform business strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales, distribution, and marketing operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in publishing, retail, or education.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of e-learning systems is an advantage.

  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
