Responsibilities:

  • The Business Development Executive (Regional) will be responsible for the entire sales/business development cycle process from prospecting to close.
  • Strong focus on selling to new/prospective customers covering B2B segment only (Enterprise, MNC, and SME).
  • Experience and knowledge of different industry processes from either Consumer Products, Engineering, Medical, and Manufacturing.
  • Nurture accounts to drive revenue growth in key accounts.
  • Prospect, identify, develop, and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Solution-sell at various decision-making levels within the customer organization.
  • Lead the business development of strategic proposals to sell-in to customers.
  • Scope and develop proposals that achieve customer objectives.
  • Collaborate with our internal resources to pitch and deliver customer projects.
  • Manage communications and customer expectations throughout project implementation.
  • Keep abreast of the latest 3D Printing Manufacturing news and trends and develop new business opportunities.
  • This individual will be responsible for financial targets and goals set.
  • This individual must be proactive, street smart, tech-savvy, diligent, and able to come up with a plan of action on how to overachieve and be a performer and contributor to the company.
  • This individual must be able to work independently as an individual contributor with less supervision and sales & marketing resources.
  • This person must work with a sense of urgency and be hungry to close sales on a monthly basis.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned that are compatible with skills and experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong Business Development acumen and ability to uncover customer opportunities where business challenges can be addressed with 3D Printing Manufacturing technology.
  • Excellent team player and able to work effectively with internal teams and external customers for a successful win-win outcome.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and take direct ownership of revenue performance and business results.
  • Good track record of sales/business development revenue & pipeline generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of Business Development experience in selling to B2B only in Public & Private (Enterprise, MNC, and SME) on technology products, services, solutions, or applications.
  • Must have sales/business education qualification (minimum related Diploma or Sales/Business Development Certification).
  • Highly motivated self-starter, thriving in a performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and well in a team environment.
  • Confident and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Good negotiation skills with strong business acumen.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience using basic Microsoft Office tools and social media applications.
  • Passionate about the 3D Printing Manufacturing industry and willing to learn.
  • Understanding of 3D Printing technology and market is a plus.
