Job Responsibilities

As our BD Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our business:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across industries (e.g. Tech, Logistics, Manufacturing, F&B)
  • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR decision-makers
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver the right candidates
  • Meet monthly sales targets and grow our client portfolio
  • Stay updated on market trends and talent needs
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry meetups

Job Requirements:

  • We're looking for someone driven, outgoing, and persuasive
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • 1–3 years of BD / Sales / Client Servicing experience (preferably in recruitment or HR solutions)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • A natural relationship-builder with commercial instincts
