Business Development Executive (Recruitment)

Job Description

We highly welcome current/ex-financial advisers to join our team! Join us at PhillipCapital in Singapore as a Talent Acquisition Business Development specialist. The Talent Acquisition team plays an important role in growing our Phillip Wealth Advisory. We are looking for talented and innovative individuals with strong interpersonal skills. Your mission? You will play a vital role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships to expand our Wealth Advisory arm.

Responsibilities:

1. Procure new contractual Financial Advisory Consultants (FAC) / Wealth Managers (WM);
2. Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and candidates;
3. Engage Team Leaders on recruitment matters;
4. Forge professional relationships with internal teams and business units;
5. Brainstorm innovative ideas to attract prospective candidates;
6. Moderate recruitment webinars/seminars to reach potential candidates;
7. Conduct briefings and handle inquiries via seminars or social media platforms;
8. Interview and onboard potential candidates;
9. Establish and maintain close relations with institutions for outreach efforts and recruitment tie-ups such as career fairs and webinars.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline;
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is advantageous;
• Certifications in CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI are an added advantage;
• Candidates with passion and the right attitude to succeed will be considered;
• Effective communication skills to engage candidates individually or in seminar settings.
