A dynamic marketing startup in Singapore is looking for a hands-on BD and Marketing Executive to roll out key marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include executing community campaigns, onboarding benefit partners, and assisting with mobile app operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain real-world marketing experience. No extensive experience is necessary as entry-level candidates are welcome.
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused BD and Marketing Executive to help roll out and operate key marketing initiatives under the direction of the Marketing and Management teams. You will help implement community campaigns, onboard benefit partners, support app operations, and assist with business development—all to grow our presence and engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Assisting in Community Building & Activation (Execution Support)
- Execute pre-planned campaigns to grow and engage the driver community via WhatsApp, on-ground events, and digital platforms.
- Support day-to-day moderation of our community channels.
- Assist in conducting outreach and engagement activities, including roadshows, driver meetups, and benefit walkthroughs.
- Distribute content and materials created by the marketing team across channels.
Benefits Curation & Partner Onboarding
- Assist in identifying potential benefit merchants by following up on provided lead lists.
- Reach out to partners, prepare onboarding forms, and upload benefit details into the system.
- Help maintain an accurate partner database and ensure timely updates to offers.
- Execute benefit campaigns and monitor redemption activities on the app.
Partnership & Business Development Support
- Schedule meetings and support follow-ups with potential partners.
- Prepare presentation materials and marketing kits based on templates.
- Assist in partnership documentation, reporting, and basic data entry.
Assist in the Mobile App Content & Operations
- Ensure content in the mobile app is up to date.
- Assist in checking for errors, broken links, or outdated offers and escalate issues to the tech team.
- Help with onboarding new users—providing basic app guidance and support.
- Gather feedback and report common issues or requests to the product and ops teams.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1 year of work experience. Entry levels are welcome.
• Self-starter, dependable, and detail oriented.
• Willing to be on the ground when needed.
• Proficient in basic tools: Google Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp Broadcast, Canva or similar tools.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks, working off checklists, and supporting operational rollout.
