The Opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive significant growth for AssemblyClan. This pivotal role will focus on expanding our client base acrossboth dynamic Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and establishing new strategic brand partnerships with multinational corporations (MNCs). You will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong, lasting client relationships, and contributing directly to the agency’s continued success and market leadership.

Responsibilities:

Dual-Track Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Proactively identify and research potentialSME clientsacross various industries that require creative content production, advertising, and brand strategy services.
  • Strategically identify and pursue new MNC brand partnerships, understanding their global marketing objectives and aligning AssemblyClan’s capabilities to their needs.

Full Sales Cycle Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful project closure for both SME and MNC accounts, including:
  • Crafting and pitching AssemblyClan’s tailored creative capabilities and value propositions.
  • Developing comprehensive proposals and detailed scopes of work.
  • Negotiating contracts and onboarding new clients efficiently.

Strategic Relationship Building:

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key marketing decision-makers, brand managers, and advertising professionals at all levels, from entrepreneurial founders to global marketing directors.

Market & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Continuously monitor industry trends in creative production, digital marketing, and advertising, keeping abreast of competitor activities and emerging market demands to identify new business opportunities and refine our service offerings for both SME and MNC segments.

Achieve & Exceed Targets:

  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for new business acquisition across both SME and MNC portfolios.

Reporting & CRM Management:

  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative production team to ensure seamless project execution, exceptional client satisfaction, and to provide valuable market feedback for future creative solutions and service development.

Brand Ambassador:

  • Professionally represent AssemblyClan at industry events, creative conferences, networking opportunities, and targeted client meetings, showcasing our expertise and creative vision.

Requirements:

·Minimum 2 years of proven experiencein business development, sales, or account management within a creative agency, advertising agency, media production company, or a related industry.

· Demonstrated track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.

·Proven ability to adapt sales strategies and communication styles for both SME and MNC clients, understanding their distinct needs, budget considerations, and decision-making processes.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative solutions and ROI.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic and high level of autonomy.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced creative environment.

· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· A strong understanding of creative content production, advertising campaigns, and digital media is highly preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field is preferred.

· Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus
